Mr. Muhammad Saleem Butt joined the Civil Services of Pakistan, as Income Tax Officer, after passing the Civil service examination in 1977. He served the Federal Board of Revenue in different capacities and various cities of Pakistan for thirty-five years and retired as a Director General Taxes FBR. He is a journalist and a writer, who is a dedicated and compassionate individual and is desirous to improve upon the denigrating conditions in Pakistan. He has written many books on various topics, and according to him the most vicious problem in Pakistan is that of Corruption. He wrote these books during service to improve the public service image that is devoid of good governance because of endemic of corruption. The Present book is the series (Part II) of the first book; he wrote it while he was an in service Commissioner of Income Tax Karachi in 2010 which attained astounding success and was reported in the “Epoch Times” an Australian Newspaper. Today when Panama Leaks has exposed the state of corruption which is at the highest peak in the society, this Book can be used as a reference and instructional code to understand the deep rooted menace of corruption that exists in the society. The book vividly explains the phenomena of corruption in light of Islamic precepts. Not only is the matter of corruption (Bribe) brought before the public but other prohibitions in Muslim’s lives have also been deliberated upon to provide an access to the English reading audience so that they can understand the indispensability to teach this and later counteract the evils and sins in all facets in an individuals life.
